Ivaylo Slavov is a highly qualified entrepreneur and corporate executive specialized both in developing start-up and established organizations. He has more than 19 years of international experience in the fields of Information Technology, Financial Services, IT-Outsourcing, Business Process Outsourcing and Human Resources.
Ivaylo is a Board member of the Bulgarian Outsourcing Association. Currently holding the position of CEO at BULPROS, a fast-growing European IT Services company established in Sofia, Bulgaria, which already operates on many European and global markets. BULPROS provides the whole spectrum of IT lifecycle services – software development in all core technologies, design and development of web and mobile solutions and applications, Infrastructure services and Cloud. To support the operations of the clients` IT systems BULPROS provides customer services including helpdesk, application and infrastructure technical support, content and data services as well as telesales and telemarketing services. BULPROS’ Legal Process Outsourcing business line combines processes, technology and fully trained lawyers and paralegals with multilingual knowledge to deliver support services which truly benefit law firms and in-house legal departments. BULPROS team consists of more than 400 consultants in the different professional areas, described in the company’s portfolio.
Prior to BULPROS he spent 17 years in different managerial roles at Microsoft, Adecco, SEB, Unisys,
Comparex (PC Ware) across EMEA.
At Microsoft Germany he led the "Financial Services and Manufacturing" business lines. Prior to Microsoft he was managing the Banking business within the Unisys Central European Financial Services unit. In Comparex (former PC Ware) he took direct responsibility for the Professional Services business in EMEA. Prior to Bulpros he was a Managed Services Director for Adecco Eastern Europe and the Balkans and CEO of Adecco Bulgaria.
He holds a Masters’ degree in International business administration and bachelor degree in international relations from the University of National and World Economy in Sofia, Bulgaria and diploma in economics from the Goethe University in Frankfurt am Main, Germany.
