Mr Kilachand is the co-founder & CEO of World BPO/ITO Forum, the leading interface platform in the US for enabling vendor/client interaction in the "offshoring" domain for mid – large cap companies. Its annual summit held every year in New York city is already being recognized as the "Davos" of outsourcing events www.worldbpoforum.com. He has recently initiated a pilot project in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, to provide training to underprivileged youth to learn English and basic BPO skills (data entry, digitising of records, scanning etc.) so they can be absorbed into the workforce. Once this pilot is successful in Brazil, he hopes to implement the same concept in the slums & villages in India.
