He is an experienced banker working in his professional carrier as Adviser to Minister of Finance, Executive Bank Director at ING Bank Śląski, Director of Strategic Controlling at BRE Bank (Commerzbank Group) and Director at BOŚ Bank (Bank for Environmental Protection). He served also as President of TCA Management Consultants from UK, London and Deputy Director of Foreign Research Institute in Warsaw. He holds Ph. D. degree from Warsaw School of Economics and MBA from Calgary University (Canada). Dr Roland Pac is Vice President of Polish Investor Relations Association.
