Krystian Bestry is the CEO and President of the Management Board of ADAPTIVE Solutions & Advisory Group – the partnership of industry leaders with the benchmark expertise in the areas of business processes transformation, set-up and optimization of shared service centers, management of business support functions and outsourcing contracts. Between 2007 and 2014, as the Vice-President and Services Head for the EMEA region at Infosys BPO Ltd. (global leader of integrated business and technology services, outsourcing and IT) responsible for the overall business growth & strategy for the region incl. several set-ups and acquisition projects in Poland, the Czech Republic, the Netherlands, Ireland, South Africa and India, employing over 4,000 professionals. Between 2004 and 2007, as Operations Director of the European Service Center of Philips Electronics played the key role in the acquisition and transition of the Philips SSC Operations in Poland, Thailand and India into BPO structures. Krystian Bestry has also been one of the co-founders and the Vice- President of the Management Board (2009-2015) of ABSL - the largest industry organization in Poland and CEE region associating investors from the SSC, BPO and IT services sector.
