Philip is both a people developer and action oriented leader, having worked in 9 different countries to date in his 33 year professional career. His track record is particularly strong in enhancing Financial Controls and business performance, as well as in driving Change Management & Business Process Improvement.
He has been a member of the Schneider Electric Finance community for the past 20 years, holding a variety of positions in Asia and the Middle East, as well as at Global level.
Since 2006 his roles within the Company have focused especially on business processes. Firstly as global head for Finance & Control of the Company’s SAP-Bridge project. Then from mid-2009 as head of Finance Shared Services, initially for the Asia-Pacific region, and more recently Globally. Today in his position as VP Finance Global Services & Operations he leads a team of over 1100 professionals providing accounting support to the Schneider businesses and operations worldwide from 5 centers.
In the early years of his career Philip developed his professional accounting skills at 2 of the Big 4 Auditing & Consulting firms, beginning in London, and then working across 3 different continents.
