The 6^th annual CEE Shared Services and Outsourcing Awards Gala and Summit offers you the opportunity to market your business and build your brand - as well as establish direct contacts with key investors in CEE's business services sector.

The content-packed daytime Summit features more than 21 top Panelists, and ample oppportunities to connect with the right people. The Gala is an evening of rich networking and relationship-building, with more 300 guests expected from among the 172 Short-Listed companies, and 32 Jury Members.

The pre-day (31^st January) “HR in SSC Forum” is dedicated exclusively to HR Directors and Managers inside Shared Services centres. They have unique needs and issues to be addressed. With 21 featured Speakers, we expect about 50 separate Shared Services centres' HR management to attend.

All Sponsorship packages include a mix of pre-Event, Event, and post-Event promotion and PR, via multiple media channels, a multitude of media partners, and social media.

For this 6th year, we are continuing with our options for specific and niche service providers. Limited to 12 companies, we will have afternoon “break-out sessions”, providing space for service providers to present details about their services-solutions to SSC/BPO execs. Ranging from niche HR services to bespoke software solutions or financial-optimisation tools, these 20-minute sessions provide maximum engagement with a small number of highly-interested buyers. Lunches and Coffee Break Sponsorship: your company will be featured as the host on our website and promoted as such during the HR Forum, Summit and Awards. Includes Logo-Branded Table Flags on all Coffee-Break and Luncheon “Cocktail Tables”; and your Logo placement on Welcome Walls. €1,100.
Award Sponsorship. Companies are offered the opportunity to sponsor a specific Award related to your service. Award sponsors will receive: • Your Top Exec to present the award on stage • sponsor’s logo included in the Event Brochure • 2 tickets to the awards Gala and Summit • Your Logo on dedicated Large Wall Banner in Awards Gala Ballroom • Logo placement on Welcome Walls • You will be named in the widely-distributed press releases and Social Media coverage after the Gala. €2200.
