Who should attend?

For global firms with operations in western Europe or North America, the one-day Forum and Awards Gala will be a very efficient way to meet key decision makers in CEE’s BPO and Shared Services eco-system. Despite more than 200 global corporations already operating shared services or outsourcing centers in CEE, the sector continues to attract investment from world-class firms. Yet the decisions to be made are manifold: location, subsidies/grants, staffing, accounting, tax, and legal issues. Who to work with – or who not to work with.

In addition to city officials from many Polish and CEE cities, Forum attendees can answer key questions, and connect you to the right people within Poland’s outsourcing and shared services sectors. Forum and Awards Gala attendees will include many top executives from currently-operating business services centers in CEE.

In addition to the one day Forum and Awards Gala, many executives will arrive at least one day in advance for additional meetings. For foreign guest attendees of the Forum and Awards Gala, our team will offer special (complimentary; and confidential) assistance in helping you set up meetings. Please call directly to Thom Barnhardt () if you’d like some guidance concerning additional meetings - with city officials, local associations, currently-operating business service providers, or professional service providers.

Attending the 2016 Forum:

The Forum is a venue for senior outsourcing executives, CIOs, and senior finance executives from global firms to compare notes, share experiences, and discuss key issues related to expanding or setting up new operations in CEE. Issues such as location, choice of real estate, recruitment and labor issues, taxes and legal issues – and which subsidies and grants a company can secure from local authorities.  The Forum will also discuss which projects are in the pipeline, the shifting landscape of location-selection, and trends in the types of services being performed.  For executives from both within central Europe and executives working on a global or pan-European scale, the Forum is followed by the evening Awards Gala, recognizing leaders in CEE’s fast-growing business services sector.
