Tariq has 20 years of leadership- and management experience from private business and sports. The last 8 years he has worked with captive shared service center operations in Sweden for large organisations, present at Skanska Sweden. Experienced in financial, procurement and miscellaneous administrative processes, change management, business process development. The Swedish business Units are implementing a new ERP-system, in which the SSC plays a major part.
