    ACCA, the global body for professional accountants, has recently embarked on one of the largest ever research programmes of finance talent management practices. The aim of the programme over the next two years is to look and identify the most relevant talent management trends and priorities particularly in light of shared service and outsourcing adoption. This presentation shares some initial findings from a recent global survey of finance professionals on talent development in finance.

    We will have 3 optional site visits – all based in Warsaw – for our guests. Limited to first 15 participants per site visit (available only to those registered for both Gala+Forum). Drivers will leave Hotel Intercontinental at 14:15, to arrive at 14:30 at the Site Visit. One hour site visit, management briefing, and operations tour. Drivers leave site at 15:30, to arrive back at Hotel Intercontinental at 15:45. Site visit registration closes 29 January.)
