Constanze Laging manages the Shared Services Platform (SSP) which is a key element of Siemens’ Shared Services organization. SSP covers infrastructure, location management and operational excellence for eight major locations. Constanze is also responsible for ERP systems within the Finance organization. During her career at Siemens, Constanze gained extensive international experience in different fields like Project Management, IT and Finance. Most recently she managed the Shared Services Delivery Center in Bangalore, India being responsible for operations and service delivery to 27 countries on all continents 24/7 heading a team of approx. 1.300 employees. Constanze holds a degree in Business Administration.
